Worldwide Sidewalk Joy Map

Coming soon: Alexandria, Virginia

In collaboration with Development on Richmond Highway, we are creating a Free Little Art Gallery to be installed at Mount Vernon Plaza in Alexandria, Virginia. The Mount Vernon District currently has no known FLAG installations, and this initiative aims to bring more public art to the area while increasing visibility for the plaza, surrounding businesses, and community spaces. Through this project, we hope to support art appreciation among nearby schools, local businesses, and residents, while activating the plaza as a welcoming creative destination for the community.

This FLAG is a community art project where anyone may leave their (modestly sized) artworks, and if visitors see something they love, they can take it home — free!… Read More »Pine Mountain, Georgia
